Meet Zoe E. Moyer, MHA, CPC, ELI-MP
Zoe is an executive and leadership coach who helps healthcare professionals and mission-driven leaders build resilience, strengthen emotional intelligence, and navigate change with clarity. As the founder of Natural Bridge Coaching, she partners with individuals and teams to support meaningful, lasting growth through a balance of structure, reflection, and practical action.
A Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Zoe uses evidence-based tools to help clients better understand their patterns, improve decision-making, and lead with greater intention — especially in high-pressure environments.
Her coaching also incorporates Positive Intelligence (PQ), guiding clients to identify self-sabotaging behaviors, build mental fitness, and develop habits that support focus, adaptability, and sustainable performance.
